一、我们会收集哪些信息
1账号信息
注册登录时收集您的手机号 / 邮箱、用户名、密码；使用微信第三方登录时获取昵称、头像等已授权信息。
2设备绑定与录音信息
蓝牙绑定智能录音笔时收集设备的 MAC 地址、录音模式、存储空间、序列号、固件版本；录音过程中产生的音频文件会同步至 APP。
3AI 处理与会议纪要
对您的音频进行 AI 解析、智能总结，按预设模板生成结构化会议纪要。
4设备及使用信息
用于安全保障与产品改进，收集 OAID、IP 地址、手机型号、系统版本、APP 版本号、APP 使用时间和频率、崩溃日志等，不涉及您的个人身份信息。
5支付信息
开通会员时通过支付宝、微信支付等渠道使用 Apple ID、微信 openID、支付宝用户编号等，用于建立 APP 会员账号与支付账号的对应关系。
二、我们会调用哪些权限
所有权限均经您明示同意后调用，您可随时在系统设置中关闭：

- 采用加密传输和存储，对唯一设备标识采用 MD5 匿名化处理；
- 服务端访问遵循最小必要原则，定期审计；

- 定期对员工进行个人信息保护培训。

- 查阅与更正：在【我的 - 个人资料】查看并修改头像、昵称等；
- 删除：有权要求删除我们违规收集或不再需要的信息；
- 注销账号：通过【我的 - 个人资料 - 更多 - 删除账号】注销；

六、未成年人保护
本产品并非专为未成年人设计。不满十八周岁的用户使用须经监护人同意；不满十四周岁的儿童须在父母或监护人指导下使用。

1. Information We Collect
1Account Information
When you sign up or log in we collect your phone number / email, username, and password; if you use WeChat third-party login, we obtain authorized profile data such as nickname and avatar.
2Device Pairing & Recording
When pairing the smart recorder over Bluetooth we collect the device MAC address, recording mode, storage capacity, serial number, and firmware version. Audio files generated during recording are synced to the app.
3AI Processing & Meeting Notes
We use AI to parse and summarize your audio, generating structured meeting notes based on selected templates.
4Device & Usage Data
For security and product improvement, we collect data such as OAID, IP address, device model, OS version, app version, usage frequency, and crash logs. This data does not identify you personally.
5Payment Information
When subscribing through Apple, WeChat Pay, or Alipay, identifiers such as Apple ID, WeChat openID, and Alipay user ID are used to link your subscription to your Ainox account.
2. Permissions We Request
All permissions are requested with your explicit consent and can be revoked at any time in your system settings:
- Bluetooth: pair and bind the recorder;
- Microphone: voice input and audio recording;
- Camera: take a photo for your avatar;
- Read / Write storage: select avatar, manage recordings;
- SMS: account registration and security verification;
- Notifications: device status and important alerts;
- Phone state: read the device unique identifier for pairing;
- App list: share content to other apps;
- Clipboard: copy text and links for quick sharing.
Note: Ainox does not request location permission and will not collect your location data.
3. With Whom We Share
We share necessary information with the following third parties only to enable specific product features:
- WeChat Pay SDK (Shenzhen Tencent Computer Systems Co., Ltd.) — for WeChat payments;
- Alipay Pay SDK (Alipay (Hangzhou) Information Technology Co., Ltd.) — for Alipay payments;

4. How We Protect Your Information
- Encrypted transmission and storage; unique device identifiers are anonymized using MD5;
- Server-side access follows the principle of least privilege, with regular audits;
- All information is stored within mainland China and only retained for as long as necessary;
- Employees receive regular training on personal data protection.
5. Your Rights
- View and edit: change your avatar and nickname under Me > Profile;
- Delete: request deletion of information that was improperly collected or is no longer needed;
- Account deletion: via Me > Profile > More > Delete Account;
- Withdraw consent: revoke permissions or withdraw consent at any time;
- Data copy: request a copy of your personal information.
6. Children's Privacy
Ainox is not designed specifically for minors. Users under 18 must use the product with the consent of a parent or guardian; users under 14 must use it under parental guidance.
