如您拒绝提供实现某项功能所必需的个人信息，我们可能无法向您提供该项功能，但不会影响其他不依赖该信息的功能或服务。
当您注册 Ainox 账号时，您可以提供手机号或邮箱，用于创建账号、登录校验和保障账号安全；我们还会处理您设置的用户名、密码等账号信息。如果您拒绝提供注册所必需的信息，将无法完成账号注册或登录，但不影响您使用无需登录的功能（如有）。
为方便您登录本款产品，您还可以通过微信第三方账号登录本款产品。为实现前述目的，我们会在征得您的主动授权后，从第三方获取您的第三方账号信息（昵称、头像及其他经您授权的信息）。基于我们与通信运营商的合作，当您使用"一键登录"功能时，经过您的明示同意，运营商会将您的手机号发送给我们。如果拒绝提供手机号将无法使用"一键登录"方式注册登录 Ainox 账户。
在您注销 Ainox 账号时，我们将停止使用并删除上述信息或对您的个人信息进行匿名化处理，法律法规另有规定的除外。
为保障您使用 APP 的体验，我们会收集设备的 OAID，用于识别唯一设备；同时通过 Ainox APP 内实现智能录音笔的连接：打开 APP - 点击首页右上角录音笔图标 - 开始添加设备 - 选择设备 - 连接绑定。绑定完成后便于您对录音笔进行控制和管理。此功能会调用手机系统的蓝牙权限，在连接过程中会收集录音笔的 MAC 地址（用于与 APP 进行绑定）、录音模式、存储空间、序列号、固件版本信息。您可在 APP 首页的右上角 - 设备信息页面 - 解绑设备，解除后相关设备信息将在合理期限内删除。
在设备绑定成功后，打开 Ainox APP - 录音，可以让您操控录音笔进行录音，并实现音频文件的同步传输。使用时，用户通过录音笔录制音频，文件同步至 APP，由此我们会获取录音产生的音频文件（含用户及相关人员的语音信息）。此功能需调用蓝牙权限、存储权限（用于存储传输至 APP 的音频文件）。您可在 APP 首页 - 点击录音 - 结束录音 / 暂停，对录音进行终止或暂停，或在"设置 - 权限管理"中关闭对应系统权限，关闭后无法进行录音控制和文件传输。
当您主动使用实时转写、AI 分析、智能总结、重新总结、思维导图、AI 问答或 AI 智能体等功能时，我们会处理您选择提交的音频文件、音频转写文本、提示词或问题，以及为理解请求所必要的上下文信息（其中可能包含您及相关人员的语音、会谈或聊天内容），用于识别和分析内容，并生成实时转写文本、会议纪要、摘要、待办事项、思维导图、问答结果或其他由您选择的输出。
语音识别（实时转写）功能采用 Qwen ASR 模型，用于将音频内容转换为文字；总结、思维导图和 AI 问答功能采用 Gemini 或 DeepSeek 模型，我们将结合适用于您的法律法规要求及服务可用性选择具体模型，并以功能页面的实际展示为准。为实现上述功能，我们可能通过接口将完成该次处理所必要的信息发送至相应模型服务。我们仅会提供实现该次处理所必要的信息，并采取合理措施要求服务提供方按照约定的目的、期限和安全要求处理相关信息。
我们将依据适用于您的法律法规处理相关个人信息，并采取必要的安全保护措施；如适用法律法规要求履行告知、取得同意或其他程序，我们将在处理前依法完成。
您可以选择不使用或停止使用上述 AI 功能；拒绝提交相关信息将导致我们无法提供对应的 AI 分析结果，但不会影响录音、设备管理等其他基础功能。AI 生成内容可能存在不准确或不完整的情况，请您结合实际情况审慎核验。若您提交的内容包含他人的个人信息，请确保已取得其合法授权或具备其他合法处理依据。
该功能用于用户对会议相关资料的集中存储和管理。使用时，用户选择同步的内容，我们会获取同步至知识库的会议纪要、总结分析结果等文字信息，并存储在手机本地和服务器。
登录 APP 后，您可点击“智能体”使用 AI 智能体功能。当您主动使用语音输入或粘贴功能时，APP 可能分别调用麦克风权限（用于接收语音输入）或读取剪贴板权限（用于读取您主动粘贴的文本或链接）。我们会处理您主动提交的语音、文本及完成请求所必要的上下文信息，用于生成您请求的回答或其他结果。相关权限仅在您使用对应功能时申请；拒绝授权将影响对应功能，但不影响其他不依赖该权限的功能。
绑定智能录音笔设备后，在 APP 首页点击音频文件 / 会议纪要 - 右上角分享 - 分享链接，可将音频文件、会议纪要等内容分享到其他应用。使用时，我们会获取所分享的具体内容信息（如音频文件、文字纪要），此功能需调用存储权限、软件列表。分享过程中相关信息仅用于完成分享操作，不会额外存储非必要信息。
为保障账号与设备安全，处理您关于设备与服务的提问，改进产品并排查、减少产品崩溃，我们会通过手机系统的公用接口获取您手机及所绑定智能硬件设备的以下信息：IDFA、IDFV、运营商、Wi-Fi SSID、IP 地址、手机型号、手机系统版本号、系统编号、系统 ID、屏幕分辨率、上网类型、APP 版本号、包名、APP 使用时间和频率以及 APP 崩溃日志。上述信息可能构成个人信息，我们仅在实现安全保障、故障分析和服务改进所必要的范围内处理。
我们可能使用或整合您的账户信息、智能硬件信息、APP 使用信息以及我们关联公司、合作伙伴取得您授权或依据法律共享的信息，用于进行身份验证、检测及防范安全事件，并依法采取必要的记录、审计、分析、处置措施。
本款产品绑定的 APP 在提供服务过程中，会调用您手机的一些设备权限。以下是 APP 调用权限对应的业务功能、调用权限的目的以及调用权限前向您询问的情况。
您可以在设备的设置功能中选择关闭部分或全部权限，从而拒绝 APP 收集相应的个人信息。在不同设备中，权限显示方式及关闭方式可能有所不同。请注意，您开启任一权限即代表您授权我们可以收集和使用相关个人信息来为您提供对应服务，您关闭任一权限即代表您取消了授权，但不会影响此前基于您的授权所进行的信息收集及使用。

账户基本信息：您可以通过 APP 手机端【我的 - 个人资料】修改您的头像和昵称；如因您未及时更新，遇到紧急情况需联系我们，您可以通过本协议第九条联系方式联系我们。
以下情况发生时，您有权要求我们删除您的个人信息：
当我们从服务器中删除您的个人信息后，我们不会立即从备份系统中删除相应的数据，但会在备份更新的时候删除这些信息。

We follow the principles of legitimacy, justification, and necessity when collecting and using your personal information for the purposes described in this policy. If we ever need to use your personal information for other purposes, we will inform you and obtain your consent.
We collect and use your personal information for two reasons. First, to enable the core features of our Product, we need your authorization to collect necessary information. Second, to enrich the Product and improve your experience, we may offer optional features that require additional information; if you decline, you cannot use those optional features but the core features still work.
If you decline to provide personal information necessary for a particular feature, we may be unable to provide that feature, but other features and services that do not rely on that information will remain available.
When you register an Ainox account, you may provide a phone number or email address for account creation, login verification, and account security. We also process the username, password, and other account information you set. If you decline to provide information necessary for registration, you cannot complete account registration or login, but features that do not require login, if any, will remain available.
You may also log in via a third-party account such as WeChat. With your active authorization, we obtain authorized profile data from the third party (nickname, avatar, etc.). When using "one-click login", with your explicit consent, the carrier provides your phone number to us so we can complete login. If you decline, one-click login is unavailable but other login methods remain.
When you delete your Ainox account, we will stop using and delete the above information, or anonymize it, except as otherwise required by law.
To deliver a smooth experience, we collect the device's OAID to uniquely identify the device. Pairing flow: open the app → tap the recorder icon at the top right of the home screen → "Add Device" → select device → connect & bind. This feature uses Bluetooth permission, and during pairing we collect the recorder's MAC address (used for binding), recording mode, storage capacity, serial number, and firmware version. You can unbind via Home → device info page → unbind; the related data will be deleted within a reasonable period.
After pairing, you can use the app to control the recorder and sync audio files. We obtain audio files generated during recording (which contain the voices of the user and other participants). This feature uses Bluetooth and storage permissions (to store transmitted audio). You can stop or pause recording from Home → tap recording → end / pause, or revoke the corresponding permissions in Settings; once revoked, recording control and file transfer are unavailable.
When you actively use real-time transcription, AI analysis, smart summaries, re-summarization, mind maps, AI Q&A, or AI agent features, we process the audio files, audio transcripts, prompts or questions, and contextual information necessary to understand the request that you choose to submit. This content may include your voice, the voices of other participants, and meeting or chat content. We use it to recognize and analyze content and to generate real-time transcripts, meeting notes, summaries, action items, mind maps, answers, or other outputs you select.
Speech recognition (real-time transcription) uses the Qwen ASR model to convert audio into text. Summaries, mind maps, and AI Q&A use Gemini or DeepSeek models. We select the specific model based on applicable legal requirements and service availability, and identify it in the relevant feature. To provide these features, we may transmit through an interface the information necessary to complete the request to the applicable model service. We limit the information provided to what is necessary for that processing and take reasonable measures to require the provider to process it only for the agreed purposes, retention period, and security requirements.
We process the relevant personal information in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable to you and apply necessary security safeguards. Where applicable law requires notice, consent, or other procedures, we will complete them before processing.
You may choose not to use or to stop using these AI features. If you decline to submit the relevant information, we cannot provide the corresponding AI analysis, but recording, device management, and other core features will remain available. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete, so please review it carefully. If submitted content contains another person's personal information, make sure you have obtained lawful authorization or otherwise have a valid legal basis to process it.
This feature centralizes meeting materials for retrieval and reuse. When you choose what to sync, we obtain the meeting notes and analysis results you sync, stored locally and on our servers.
After logging in, you may tap "Agents" to use AI agent features. When you actively use voice input or paste content, the app may request microphone permission (to receive voice input) or clipboard access (to read text or links you choose to paste). We process the voice, text, and contextual information necessary to complete your request and generate the answer or other output you request. These permissions are requested only when you use the corresponding feature. Declining a permission affects that feature but not other features that do not rely on it.
After pairing, on the home screen tap an audio file or meeting note → top-right share → share link, to share content to other apps. We obtain the specific content you choose to share (audio file or text). This feature uses storage permission and the installed app list. The shared information is used only to complete the share operation; no extra information is stored.
To safeguard your account and devices, answer service questions, improve the Product, and diagnose and reduce crashes, we collect through public operating-system interfaces the following information about your phone and connected smart hardware: IDFA, IDFV, carrier, Wi-Fi SSID, IP address, phone model, operating-system version, system build, system ID, screen resolution, network type, app version, package name, app usage time and frequency, and crash logs. This information may constitute personal information. We process it only to the extent necessary for security, fault diagnosis, and service improvement.
We may use or combine your account information, smart hardware information, app usage data, and information lawfully shared by our affiliates and partners (with your authorization) to verify identity, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary records, audits, analysis, and disposition actions.
While providing services, the app may request the following device permissions. The table below describes the corresponding feature, purpose, and whether we ask before requesting it.
You can disable some or all permissions in your system settings, declining the corresponding data collection. The display and steps may differ across devices. Note: granting any permission means you authorize us to collect and use the related information; revoking it cancels that authorization, but does not affect data already collected under prior authorization.

Information that has been technically processed so it cannot be restored or used to identify a specific individual is not personal information; using such information does not require notice or consent.

When you actively use and authorize real-time transcription or an AI analysis feature, we may provide a third-party service provider offering Qwen ASR model services with the audio necessary for speech recognition (real-time transcription), or provide a third-party service provider offering Gemini or DeepSeek model services with the transcripts, prompts, and related context necessary for summaries, mind maps, or AI Q&A. We select the specific model based on applicable legal requirements and service availability. The relevant service provider, model used, types of information processed, and third-party processing rules will be identified in the relevant feature and the Third-Party Sharing List. We will comply with any applicable notice, consent, and other legal requirements.

You can delete your account at any time via Me > Profile > More > Delete Account. After deletion, your account will be unusable and the related information will be removed. You will no longer be able to use Ainox services that require login. Please proceed with care. After deletion we will stop providing the corresponding services to you, except where law requires retention.
You may withdraw consent at any time, except where the information is necessary for a feature (see section 1 above). You can change or withdraw consent by deleting information or revoking permissions. If you have any difficulty exercising this right, please contact us using the methods in section 9. Note that some features rely on basic personal information; once consent is withdrawn, we cannot continue to provide the corresponding services. Withdrawal does not affect processing already conducted under prior authorization.
For security, we may ask you to submit a written request or otherwise verify your identity before processing your request. Note that some information may not be accessible, correctable, or deletable due to law, security, or technical constraints.
The Product is not specifically designed for minors. Users under 18 should read this Policy and use the Product under the guidance of a parent or other guardian. If you are under 14, please obtain the consent of your parent or other guardian before using the Product or submitting personal information. When we process personal information of a child under 14, we obtain consent from the child's parent or other guardian as required by law and maintain dedicated personal-information processing rules. A parent or other guardian may contact us using the methods in section 9 with questions about the processing of a minor's personal information.
This Privacy Policy may change. We will not limit your rights under this policy without your explicit consent. For material changes, we will provide prominent notice (e.g., a pop-up upon login or app upgrade; consent will be requested if needed).
